Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s one of life’s biggest milestones. For over 17 years, I’ve walked alongside families in Goodyear and the West Valley, helping them make confident decisions with peace of mind.

What matters most isn’t the awards or recognition (though I’m honored to be named among the Top 100 Latino Agents in the Southwest Region). What matters is that every client I serve feels cared for, heard, and guided with honesty from start to finish.

Arizona has always been home to me, and I understand how overwhelming the process can feel. That’s why my focus is simple: to provide the support, knowledge, and transparency that make the path forward clear.

My heart for serving goes beyond real estate. As a young single mother, I experienced the weight of wanting more for my family while navigating limited resources. That experience led me to create The Rising Rose Fund Scholarship, through Estrella Community College. Which provides tuition assistance to single mothers in community college so they can build a stronger future for themselves and their children.

At the core, my work is about people, not transactions. Whether it’s finding a first home, preparing to sell, or creating opportunities through education, my goal is always the same: to make sure the people I serve feel empowered, informed, and confident when it comes to buying or selling a home.
